Its nearly a year since my airline started operating and in that short time plenty has happened with the accident of germanwings grounding the entire A320 family fleet meaning 3 of our aircraft were unavailable to the fuel crisis last august meaning we had to suspend flights due to lack of money to now.
And what is happening now?? you may ask well let me tell you.
as of the 28th of May Pittair took over a well traveled (and weird route) From Gatwick Airport to Paris Orly via London City Airport & Southend from Cityjet a subsidiary of Air France we are also reintroducing our "City-hopper" services with the Gatwick to Manchester via Southend being the first one reintroduced we hope to get; East Midlands, Newcastle, Luton & Glasgow onboard by Christmas also to widen our routes with destinations including; Brussels, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Barcelona & Madrid by February 2017 with Irish destination by Q2 2017
We will also be making a tweek to our Maximum Cabin Size which as of 00:00 on 09/06/16 will be 55cm x 45cm x 25 cm giving passengers more room to take stuff onboard the plane
I forsee within the coming weeks we will review the Gatwick - Paris route we took over from Cityjet and this will probably see the route withdrawn from Gatwick and have the route London City - Southend - Paris & Paris - Southend - London City as starting from Gatwick isn't viable for that route.
I hope to see a lot of you flying with us this coming summer holiday seasons and I'm glad to report that all our aircraft have returned from their respective modification and are ready to fly you to your destination and our cabin crew are especially ready to welcome you on board and be the first link in your wonderful vacations.
Look forward to seeing you this summer
